On site customer trial: small stainless & ferritic stainless parts test on NEWSTEC deburring machine
On site machine testing lets customers check real world machine performance. Recently, a customer from Korea came to our factory for live part testing.
The customer brought his own very small stainless steel and ferritic stainless steel workpieces for the trial. The whole test focused on the suction holding effect of dual worktables for these tiny parts as well as the chamfering performance of rotary brush unit.
Throughout the whole trial run, the dual worktables kept workpieces firmly in place during continuous processing. The rotary brush delivered consistent and even chamfer radius. What impressed the customer most was that the protective film on workpiece surface stayed intact without any scratch or damage.
Highly satisfied with the overall test result, the customer spoke positively of NEWSTEC’s reliable performance. This on site trial once again proves our equipment’s capability to balance stable clamping, qualified chamfering and surface film protection for sheet metal production.
