Multi Material Finishing Comparison | Deburring and Sanding Machine
Today we share real processing comparison test on three mainstream sheet metals: aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel.
🔹Carbon steel Laser cutting usually produces heavy slag and sharp burrs on edges. Manual grinding requires heavy labor and it is difficult to get consistent edge effect. Our machine effectively removes slag and burrs, creates uniform chamfer and cleans surface oxide residue.
🔹Stainless steel It has high hardness and toughness. Fine burrs are hard to fully remove by hand polishing. Manual work easily leaves irregular scratches and ruins surface texture. This machine achieves delicate matte finishing and uniform chamfer without extra scratches.
🔹Aluminum Aluminum is soft and ductile. Cutting burrs tend to curl and stick on workpiece edges. Manual sanding may easily deform thin aluminum sheets. Our controllable processing system clears curled burrs completely while preventing thin plates from deformation.
We provide multiple working width options including 630, 800, 1000, 1300, 1500, 1600mm according to your workpiece size. Various structural configurations and abrasive grain sizes are available to match your actual processing requirements.
Our automatic deburring and chamfering machine adopts PLC touch screen control. Operators adjust conveyor speed and processing parameters based on metal hardness and plate thickness. Custom fixtures are available for special shaped workpieces.
Replacing manual deburring with this automatic equipment helps sheet metal manufacturers reduce labor cost and maintain stable finished quality during mass production. If you have workpieces made of aluminum, stainless steel or carbon steel that need edge deburring, chamfering and surface finishing, please feel free to contact us.
