A custom dry-type single-belt metal finisher ordered by a US client has completed full assembly and passed strict factory acceptance test at NEWSTEC production base.
This model is equipped with a standard magnetic worktable for stable clamping of ferrous sheet metal parts. Custom vacuum table is optional for processing non-ferrous workpieces. Supporting both single-phase and three-phase power supply, the machine perfectly adapts to various small and medium-sized factory environments in the US local market.
During the inspection, our technical team completed no-load operation test, abrasive belt running test, feeding system calibration and real workpiece finishing verification. The equipment shows stable and consistent performance in rust removal, burr elimination and oxide layers removal, fully meeting American clients’ high standard for sheet metal finishing quality.

For flammable soft metals such as aluminum and copper, please adopt wet sanding equipment or dry machines equipped with wet dust collectors to avoid dust fire hazards.
All mechanical, electrical and safety indicators comply with export and US local industry standards. The machine is now ready for packaging and overseas shipment.
